About Betsy Olmstead
I am a Moxie Mentor, Life Coach, and Hope Dealer based in Columbus, Ohio. Through my work with clients, they discover their unlimited potential, their innate bravery, and the commitment to a gorgeous life that they thought they'd long misplaced.
This agency was created from a need to serve people in the way that I know best: sharing the tools and strategies I know to live a life full of joy, meaning, and fulfillment. I've spent a lot of time learning how to help others grow into their best selves, and a lot of time putting it into practice at work with my clients, and at home, with myself. I have the experience and education to help this work for you.
I love journaling, and any excuse to buy pretty office supplies. I'm a Mom to three cats, and an African Grey parrot who has memorized my credit card number. I'm an avid baker that fancies herself a novice food blogger, and underdog to the Food Network throne. I was most certainly related to Joanna Gaines (of Fixer Upper fame) in a past life. I spend too much time on Pinterest, and I'm not sorry about it.
